Utah-based wine storage facility Mountain Wine Storage will hold its grand opening in Heber City mid-July, the company announced today.

Located at 88 Airport Road in Heber City, Mountain Wine Storage advertises itself as a “state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility of wine storage lockers for securely housing personal wine collections.” The company said it offers a variety of storage locker sizes to accommodate anywhere from six to 600 cases, which are currently available to reserve.

“The creation of Mountain Wine Storage grew from a desire to properly care for our own personal wine collections, and we are proud to extend the same world-class standards of care and attention to other passionate wine collectors,” said Mountain Wine Storage partner Bill DeLeon. “As Utah’s first and only wine storage facility, we are able to be the wine storage solution our neighbors in the Park City area have been searching for.”

Wine enthusiasts can reserve storage lockers for their personal collections ahead of the official grand opening in mid-July. The company said its lockers are protected by intelligent security and 24/7 live and recorded video monitoring. The facility maintains a temperature of 57 degrees with constant humidity control at 70%, “optimal conditions for wine preservation,” according to the company. They can also receive personal shipments, hold them or place them in customers’ lockers, with an included cellar tracker app to manager personal inventory.

Mountain Wine Storage is currently open Monday through Saturday by appointment. Call 435-709-8448 or email info@mountainwinestorage.com to reserve a personal wine storage locker. Customers will be asked to confirm their preorder for a locker so plans can be confirmed for storage as soon as the facility is ready.
