Savor the Cocktail contest runs through July, and voting starts now
Park City bartenders and mixologists will serve up their newest, most inventive cocktails and mocktails for this year’s Park City Area Restaurant Association (PCARA) Savor the Cocktail contest.
Residents are encouraged to cast their votes for their favorite sipper of the season beginning Monday, July 1, through Wednesday, July 31, at parkcityrestaurants.com.
“When cocktail and mocktail lovers come out and try the stellar lineup of beverages in the Savor the Cocktail contest, they’re not only supporting members of our restaurant community but also the local Summit County purveyors whose ingredients make these drinks so exceptional,” said PCARA Executive Director Ginger Wicks. “It is because of these strong local partnerships that our dining community is able to create fresh, uniquely-Utah flavor profiles for locals and visitors to enjoy. Let the (friendly) competition begin!”
The bartender or mixologist with the winning cocktail and mocktail will each earn a $500 cash prize, city-wide recognition and will be featured in a marketing campaign leading into PCARA’s popular fall “Dine About” event following the contest.
