Park City Area Restaurant Association highlights St. Patrick’s Day, Easter and après events

The Park City Area Restaurant Association announced member restaurants’ plans for celebrating March holidays.

Fire & Ice at Deer Valley Resort (Saturday, March 9, to Sunday, March 10)

This event features a 15-foot ice bar and exclusive sips from Whispering Angel, Belvedere Vodka and Woodinville Bourbon. An opportunity to snap photos with an eight-foot-tall rosé bottle carving and culinary offerings. Live DJ beats, cornhole games, brand giveaways and relaxed seating are featured. This is exclusive for guests 21 and over.



High West Whiskey Lounge at Deer Valley Resort (Friday, March 15, to Sunday, March 17)

This event features the High West Airstream Bar, wood-burning cauldrons, and live entertainment by DJ Dolph. Guests 21 and over can find High West whiskeys, wines from Constellation Brands and craft beers from Offset Bier, along with gourmet food, fire cauldrons and a variety of seating options. Activities include whiskey flask engraving giveaways, photo ops and a vibrant atmosphere. 



St. Patrick’s Day Specials (Sunday, March 17)

Après Pendry

Irish-inspired specials offered at Après Pendry from 11 a.m.-10 p.m., alongside whiskey and beer specials.

Flanagan’s on Main

Traditional Irish fayre offered from 11 a.m.-1 a.m. Event features a DJ, and attendees can purchase raffle tickets for giveaways throughout the day. Seating is first come, first served.

Hyatt Centric Park City

St. Patrick’s Day specials at Escala Provisions Company, including a mesquite smoked turkey rueben, green beer flights and Jameson Mule cocktails. 

Montage Deer Valley

Pair a beer with a shot at all Montage restaurants March 15-17. Attendees can purchase Jameson Irish Whiskey and Guiness Dry Stout or Redbreast Irish Whiskey and Killians Irish Red Ale. 

St. Regis Deer Valley

Offering Irish dishes of shepherd’s pie, beer braised sausage with cabbage and corned beef sandwiches, festive libations including an Irish Mule and Black Velvet and dessert creations at Brasserie 7452 from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Features Irish après and Irish rock at The Vintage Room from 2-7 p.m., including a bagpipe intro and outro at The Champagne Sabering.

Easter Specials (Sunday, March 31)

Boneyard Saloon

Sunday Brunch is fully stocked with Bloody Mary’s from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Seating is first come, first served.

Drafts Burger Bar

Breakfast will be served 7:30-11 a.m., and lunch and dinner menus will be offered from 11 a.m.-10 p.m.

Goldener Hirsch Restaurant

Fireside brunch offered from 10:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Children may watch for a surprise delivery to bring a touch of magic to their meal. Reservations available on Open Table.

Grub Steak

Three-course Easter dinner with a choice of house salad, baby romaine Caesar salad or wild rice & mushroom soup, baked Alaskan halibut with roasted asparagus and choice of dessert from the homemade dessert tray. $54.75 per person. Reservations available on Resy.

Hearth and Hill

Offering brunch buffet from 10 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Savor coriander crusted trout, tri tip steak, farro risotto, roasted vegetables, cavatappi pomodoro, parfait bar, omelets and classic breakfast favorites. Sweets include a chocolate decadent tart, coconut passion fruit panna cotta, strawberry lime cream verrine, carrot cake and blood orange coffee cake. The children’s buffet features chicken tenders, beef sliders, grilled cheese, mac and cheese and pudding. Priced at $64 for adults abd $30 for children. Reservations are available on Resy.

KITA
On Sunday, March 31, from 7 a.m.–12 p.m., holiday-enhanced breakfast and brunch buffet are available. Savor seasonal Easter flavors including a carving station with Maple Glazed Ham. Children can enjoy a special Easter treat. Priced at $50 per person and $20 for children 12 and under.

Montage Deer Valley

Easter egg hunt and a special visit from the Easter Bunny are scheduled for 10 a.m. at Vista, followed by an Easter buffet at Apex, where dishes await from 11:30 a.m.–3 p.m. Priced at $95 for adults and $45 for children 12 and under. Reservations are required by calling 435-604-1402. 

Riverhorse on Main

Easter Sunday Tapas Brunch offered from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. Priced at $125 for guests 13 and older and $75 for children 12 and under. Reservations available on Resy.  

Stein Eriksen Lodge

Easter Brunch Buffet offered from 11 a.m.–7:30 p.m. The regular Troll Hallen menu will also be available. Priced at $150 for adults and $50 for kids 4-12. Reservations available on Resy.
