City Council to hold two meetings this week, address Bonanza Park plans, e-mountain bike trail ordinances and more

The City Council will meet Thursday at 4:10 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall. Then, they will convene for a Special Meeting on Friday at 10 a.m., also in Council Chambers.
Agenda highlights for the regular meeting, provided by the city, include the following:
Bonanza Park Small Area Plan Presentation
Council will review and discuss the draft Bonanza Park Small Area Plan, conduct a public hearing and will continue the public hearing to July 11.
Bonanza Park 5-Acre Site Discussion
Council will conduct a work session on the Bonanza Park 5-Acre Site project.
Agenda highlights for the special meeting, provided by the city, include the following:
Rocky Mountain Power Undergrounding
Rocky Mountain Power will update the Council as a follow-up to previous discussions regarding putting transmission lines underground.
E-Mountain Bike Trail Ordinance Amendments
Council will review and consider amendments to the Non-Motorized Trail Use Ordinance that will allow for the designation of specific natural surface trails for Class I electric-assisted mountain bike use.
Women’s Giving Fund grant finalists announced; winner will be announced July 10
The finalists will be awarded a total of $125,000 at the annual Grant Celebration on July 10, with one organization getting the high-impact grant and the other two receiving smaller gifts.
