High Country Fly Fishers Monthly Meeting

High Country Fly Fishers, the Park City chapter of the nonprofit environmental organization Trout Unlimited, will hold its monthly membership meeting at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 1505 White Pine Canyon Rd. This month’s presentation will be given by Hatch Academy Owner Brandon Hill, who serves on the Utah Stream Access board of directors. ‘Rock of Ages’ at the Egyptian Theatre



The Ziegfeld Theater Company will present the Tony Award-nominated jukebox musical comedy “Rock of Ages” from July 3 to July 7 at the Egyptian Theatre, 328 Main St. “Rock of Ages,” recommended for ages 14 and older, takes place in 1987 and celebrates the era’s Hollywood rock scene. Aiko 40th Anniversary Performances



Nashville-based jam band Aiko, whose lineup includes Parkite Ben Anderson, will perform two concerts to commemorate its 40th anniversary. The first will be an all-ages show at 8 p.m. on Thursday, July 4, at the 2024 Forum Fest at Canyons Village. Admission is free. For information, visit forumfest.com. The second concert will be for ages 21 and older at 7 p.m. on Saturday, July 6, at The Marquis, 427 Main St. Tickets are $29.50 for general admission; $49.50 for VIP. First Friday Artist Opening at Artique

Artique, 283 Main St. in Kamas, will celebrate a First Friday Artist Opening from 6-9 p.m. on July 5 with Mike Coon. The event is free. Coon has lived in Summit County for 23 years. Echo Church Open Through Labor Day Weekend

Echo Community and Historical Organization has opened the historic Echo Church for summer tourists through Labor Day weekend. The church, located at 60 Temple Ln., in Echo, is currently showing “Chugging, Screeching, Rumbling, Billowing: Utah’s Industrial Revolution” exhibit from the Utah Division of Arts & Museums. The public can visit the church from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. every Saturday and on Memorial Day. The church will continue to be open Saturdays through Labor Day weekend.
